The short version
Maanya Tech is a small studio in Jammu, J&K. We collect the minimum we need to reply to you and do the work you've hired us for. We don't sell your data, we don't run ad trackers, and we don't share anything with third parties except the services listed below.
What we collect on this website
- Enquiry form. Your name, the email or phone number you give us, the type of project you select, and your message. We also record the date and your IP address to help block spam.
- Nothing else. This site has no advertising cookies, no analytics pixels and no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving them.
Why we hold it, and for how long
We use your enquiry solely to reply to you and to prepare a quote. We keep enquiries while we might reasonably still be in conversation, and for our own business records afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Who else sees it
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and the database it runs on.
- Our email provider, which delivers the enquiry to our inbox.
That's the whole list. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't pass it to marketers.
Work we do for clients
When we build a website or an app for a client, any personal data inside that product belongs to the client, not to us. We act on their instructions, we only access their systems to build and maintain what we've been asked to, and at the end of a project the code, database and accounts are handed over in the client's own name. Each product we build carries its own privacy policy, which governs that product's users.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to maanyatech1@gmail.com and we'll action it.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them here.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
