Who we are

Maanya Tech (registered trade name MaanyaTech, a proprietorship, GSTIN 01KOWPS9027B1ZJ) is a software studio based in Paloura, Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India. These terms cover the use of this website and the general basis on which we take on work. The specific written scope and quote we agree with you for a project sits on top of these terms, and where the two differ, the project agreement wins.

Quotes and scope

We quote a fixed price against a written scope. The price holds as long as the scope does. If you ask for work outside that scope mid-project, we'll tell you what it adds in time and cost before we do it — never afterwards.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, work is invoiced in stages: a deposit to begin, and the balance on delivery. Work starts once the deposit clears. Final files, source code and account access are handed over once the final invoice is settled.

What you give us

Projects stall on missing content more than on anything else. You're responsible for supplying the text, images, logos and any accounts we need. If you give us material to publish, you confirm you have the right to use it.

Ownership

Once you've paid in full, the work we build for you is yours: the source code, the database and the accounts, registered in your own name. We keep the right to describe the project and show it in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Third-party services

Most projects rely on outside services — hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways such as Razorpay, Google Play, Firebase, and similar. Those services have their own terms and their own fees, which are yours to pay and yours to accept. We'll set them up and explain them, but we don't control them and can't be responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions.

App stores

We prepare and submit apps to Google Play, but the store decides what it publishes. We can't guarantee approval or a review timeline, and store policies change without notice. If a rejection needs work to resolve, we'll tell you whether it falls inside the agreed scope.

After delivery

We fix defects in what we built, free, for a reasonable period after delivery. That's different from new features, content changes and ongoing upkeep, which are covered by a care plan or quoted separately.

Limits

We build carefully and test what we ship, but no software is guaranteed to be free of faults. Except where the law says otherwise, our liability for any project is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data on third-party services.

Ending a project

Either of us can end a project in writing. If you end it, you pay for the work completed up to that point; the deposit is not refundable once work has begun. If we end it, we'll refund anything paid for work not yet done.

The content, design and code of this website belong to Maanya Tech. The information here is offered in good faith and may change without notice. Prices shown are starting points, not offers.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jammu, J&K have jurisdiction.
